আমরা গবেষণা ও বিতর্কের প্রশিক্ষণ  প্রদান ও অনুশীলন করি।

Research

At MKCRD, we provide comprehensive training in research through our Basic and Advanced Research Training programs, guiding emerging scholars from idea generation to the dissemination of findings.

Basic Research Training introduces newcomers to the foundations of research, helping participants develop essential skills for designing and conducting studies.

Advanced Research Training builds on this foundation, offering opportunities for mentorship, assistantship, fellowships, and practical experience. Participants may contribute as research assistants, research officers, research fellows, associates, or interns, gaining hands-on experience in conducting research, publishing findings, and contributing to MKCRD’s projects.

Our research activities focus on addressing pressing social issues and informing policy and practice. Our team of academics, practitioners, and global experts is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of researchers.

গবেষণা

এমকেসিআরডি-তে আমরা আমাদের বেসিক এবং অ্যাডভান্সড রিসার্চ ট্রেনিং প্রোগ্রামের মাধ্যমে গবেষণার বিভিন্ন দিকের উপর প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করা হয়। এখানে একজন নতুন গবেষককে শুরু করে গবেষণার ফলাফল প্রকাশ করা পর্যন্ত প্রতিটি ধাপে গাইড করা হয়।

বেসিক রিসার্চ ট্রেনিং: যারা গবেষণায় একদম নতুন, তাদের জন্য এই প্রোগ্রাম। এখানে গবেষণার মূল বিষয়গুলো শেখানো হয়, যাতে তারা নিজ থেকেই গবেষণার ডিজাইন ও তা পরিচালনা করতে পারে।

অ্যাডভান্সড রিসার্চ ট্রেনিং: এটি মূলত বেসিক রিসার্চ ট্রেনিং-এর ওপর ভিত্তি করে তৈরি। এখানে মেন্টরশিপ, ফেলোশিপ এবং সরাসরি কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা নেওয়ার সুযোগ থাকে। অংশগ্রহণকারীরা আমাদের বিভিন্ন প্রজেক্টে রিসার্চ অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্ট, রিসার্চ অফিসার, ফেলো বা ইন্টার্ন হিসেবে কাজ করেন এবং এর মাধ্যমে তারা হাতে-কলমে গবেষণার অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন করেন।

আমাদের গবেষণার মূল লক্ষ্য হলো জনগুরুত্বপূর্ণ সমস্যাগুলো খুঁজে বের করা এবং সেগুলোর সমাধানে ভূমিকা রাখা। আমাদের দক্ষ প্রশিক্ষক, অভিজ্ঞ কর্মকর্তা এবং বিশ্বমানের বিশেষজ্ঞরা মিলে আগামীর নতুন গবেষক তৈরি করতে কাজ করে যাচ্ছেন।

Debate

MKCRD’s Debate programs empower young people to think critically, express their ideas clearly, and engage effectively with social and policy challenges. We offer debate training and organize policy debates. 

Debate Training is designed for high school, college, and university students, introducing them to the fundamentals of debate, public speaking, and argumentation. We also offer creative learning training in support of debate training. 

Policy Debates focus on contemporary issues related to sustainable human development. Many policy debates culminate in published policy papers contributing to knowledge and public discourse.

At MKCRD, debate is more than competition—it is a powerful tool for learning, critical thinking, and active social engagement.

বিতর্ক

আমরা মূলত বিতর্কের প্রশিক্ষণ দিই এবং পলিসি ডিবেট বা নীতি-নির্ধারণী বিতর্কের আয়োজন করি।

বিতর্কের প্রশিক্ষণ বা কর্মশালা : এটি স্কুল, কলেজ এবং বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের জন্য । এখানে বিতর্কের মূল কৌশল, পাবলিক স্পিকিং এবং যুক্তি প্রদানের নিয়ম ও বিবেচ্য বিষয়গুলো শেখানো হয়। এই ট্রেনিং-এর পাশাপাশি আমরা ক্রিয়েটিভ লার্নিং বা সৃজনশীল শিক্ষার ওপরও প্রশিক্ষণ দিই।

পলিসি ডিবেট: এখানে টেকসই মানব উন্নয়নের মতো সমসাময়িক বিষয়গুলো নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হয়। অনেক ক্ষেত্রে এই বিতর্কের আলোচনার ওপর ভিত্তি করে 'পলিসি পেপার' প্রকাশ করা হয়, যা নতুন জ্ঞান তৈরি ও জনসচেতনতায় ভূমিকা রাখে।

এমকেসিআরডি-তে বিতর্ক মানে কেবল প্রতিযোগিতা নয়—এটি শেখার, চিন্তা করার এবং সমাজ গঠনে সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশ নেওয়ার একটি শক্তিশালী মাধ্যম।
